David Benning Smith
David Benning Smith is a former award-winning prosecutor with more than six years of jury trial experience. He is the son of missionaries, and has a special place in his heart for adoption cases.

He is a 1999 graduate of the Baylor University Law School and a member of the State Bar of Texas. He has also been admitted to practice law in the courts of the U.S. Southern Judicial District of Texas.
